Custom LED neon signs typically take 7–12 business days to be produced and delivered from the date the order is placed. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions or courier delays.
International Shipping
Customs clearance procedures may delay international deliveries beyond estimated timelines.
- United Kingdom: Import duties and taxes are included in the displayed price.
- European Union: Import duties and taxes are included. For B2B pricing, please contact us.
- Canada: Import duties are included. Sales tax is calculated at checkout.
- United States & Australia: Import duties and taxes are included in the price.
- Other International Regions: Customers are responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Final Sale Policy
Please note that all custom neon sign purchases are considered final sale. We recommend reviewing your choices in text, colour, font, and size thoroughly before placing your order, as each sign is created to your specification.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email support@neonific.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include photos or videos of the damaged sign and packaging to help us assess and reproduce your sign as needed.
Defective Items & Exchanges
We offer replacements only for items that are defective or damaged. To request assistance, email us at info@neonific.com, and you will be given a return label.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Warranty Policy
At Neonific, we stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of our LED neon signs. Our warranty provides comprehensive protection against manufacturing defects, giving you peace of mind with every purchase.
Coverage
- Indoor LED Neon Signs: 24-month warranty from the date of delivery.
- Outdoor LED Neon Signs: 24-month warranty from the date of delivery.
- Electrical Components: Includes the power supply, adapter, and dimmer—also covered for 24 months from the delivery date.
Exclusions
- Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or neglect.
- Indoor signs exposed to outdoor elements.
- Alterations or repairs not authorised by Neonific.
- Issues unrelated to manufacturing defects.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To initiate a claim, please email us at support@neonific.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or video evidence of the defect.
Resolution Process
Once we verify the issue, our team will determine the best course of action—whether that's repair, replacement, or another resolution. The final decision will be made jointly with the customer, and action will be taken within the allowed two-month rectification period. Upon receiving a valid claim, Neonific will have up to two months to rectify the issue, either through repair or replacement, at no cost to you.
Limitations
The warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Any service performed under warranty does not extend the original coverage period.
