Dimmer and Remote Control
Dimmer for our single-color and multi-color LED neon signs. Exclusively designed for use with Neonific's signages. The dimmer comes in three variants: 1-in-1-out, 2-in-2-out, 3-in-3-out in terms of the number of connectors on each end. Please make sure to purchase the appropriate variant based on the configuration of your sign.
Shipping:
Shipping is free site-wide and worldwide. Our current lead time is estimated to be between 8-12 business days.
Returns/Exchanges:
Because every piece is made to order and customized, all sales are final, with the exception of receiving a faulty or broken product.
If your sign arrived broken, defective or in the wrong color, please contact us at support@neonific.com within 24 hours to initiate the exchange process.
Duties & Brokerage:
International customers (outside of Canada and US) are responsible for paying the import duties and clearing customs.
