Warranty:
Every Neonific sign comes with a 1 year warranty on all electrical components. In the rare case that the sign burns out within a year of purchase, we will replace it for you free of charge.Â
Our signs are made to last a minimum of 50,000 hours, which is a minimum of 5 years if kept on 24/7.Â
If the sign arrives broken or defective, we will replace it for you free of charge. If this is the case, please send a photo/video proof of the defect at info@neonific.com and we will immediately produce a new piece for you.

Shipping is free site-wide and worldwide. Our typical lead time is between 8-10 business days.
 Due to COVID-19, we have recently experienced a slowdown in shipping. Our current lead time at the moment is between 10-14 business days.

 Because every piece is made to order and customized, all sales are final, with the exception of receiving a faulty or broken product.Â

 Depending on your location, brokerage and duty charges may apply. We always pay these fees for our customers, however in some circumstances, you might end up with the unexpected bill. If this is the case, simply send us a photo proof of the duties amount at info@neonifc.com with your order number and we will refund you the amount charged immediately.

- In the unlikely event that your sign arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement at no cost. Should this occur, please email photo or video evidence of the issue to support@neonific.com within 24 hours of receiving your package for assistance.
- You can expect to receive your sign in about 7 to 15 business days.

3 Easy Ways To Install Your LED Neon Sign
Stand-offs
Use the pre-drilled holes on the sign to mark positions on the wall. Drill screws into the marked spots and secure the sign firmly with stand-offs for stable installation.
Suspension Kit
Attach the provided cables through the sign’s pre-drilled holes. Secure the cables to your desired hanging surface (e.g., ceiling), ensuring stability and proper alignment.
Adhesives
Apply adhesive strips (purchased separately) to the back of the sign. Press firmly onto a clean, smooth surface for proper adhesion. Ensure the surface is dry and dust-free.
